Sixteen is the cap for one facilitator; past that the day stops being hands-on. A larger team means a second facilitator or a second session, and the price reflects it.
Location
Outside Almaty
In Almaty the base price is the price. On-site in Astana or another city adds travel. Online team sessions are possible on request: ask, and you get an honest answer on whether it works for your case.
Duration
A second day
One day gets every person one automation running. Some teams want a second day to go deeper into Systems on their own architecture. That is a second session, priced the same way.

You get the base price or the adjusted one, with the reason for any adjustment, and a date. Minimum team size is six; maximum sixteen per facilitator.
What the alternatives cost
The usual ways teams build this skill: hire an AI lead and wait months for them to ramp, or send two people to a conference and hope it spreads. A team session is one day and one published fee. The whole team levels up at once, on their own real work, and you know the number before anyone books a room.
How much does a melwyn Class team session cost?
From 600 000 ₸ per session for up to 16 people, one full day, in Almaty. The number moves for three published reasons: more than 16 people, on-site outside Almaty, or a second day. Everything else is included.
Is this a different workshop from the open program?
No. Same day, same method, same cap of 16. The open program sells the day per seat (75 000 ₸ founding). A team session sells the whole day per session, on your team's own processes, with only your people in the room.
What is included in the price?
The full day, everyone's own automation running, the implementation map, a 30-day check-in call, and the free tracks for everyone before and after. Nothing bills separately.
What is the minimum and maximum team size?
Minimum six, maximum sixteen per facilitator. Sixteen is where hands-on stops being hands-on; larger teams get a second facilitator or a second session.
Can you run it online or outside Almaty?

What if the day doesn't work?
If your team finishes the day without something that works, you don't pay. Same guarantee as the open program, same reason: the method has shipped real work before it reaches your room.
