Who is in the room
Sessions run from 6 to 20 people depending on the workshop. Smaller groups get more time per person at the bench; larger ones take more facilitation. Both shape the quote.
Duration
Half day or full day
A half day covers one focused skill. A full day takes the team from first prompt to a working build. Longer sessions cost more, and both end with something that runs.
Format
On-site or virtual
The same hands-on session, in your office or live online. On-site adds travel to the quote; virtual does not. The outcomes are the same either way.

How many people can attend a melwyn Class workshop?
Workshop capacity varies by format: the Prompt Engineering session accommodates up to 20 participants, Workflow Automation up to 16, and Applied AI Tooling up to 20. Minimum team size is 6.
Can melwyn Class workshops be delivered remotely?
Yes. All melwyn Class workshops run both on-site and virtually, with the format adapted for remote delivery so the hands-on outcomes stay the same.
Is the discovery call a sales call?
It is a scoping call. We ask about your team, where AI already helps or fails, and what a useful day would look like. You get a format recommendation and a quote. If a workshop is not the right fit, we will tell you that instead.
