Reputation monitoring

Local Reputation Monitor

An early read on every location's ratings and reviews, before a problem shows up in the numbers.

Built in-house for a brand team
The problem

A competitor opening a new venue, a rating slipping, or a burst of angry reviews was invisible until it had already moved the market. Checking maps by hand across every own location and about twenty competitors was unsustainable, so the brand team was always reacting a step too late.

The approach

Every day the monitor snapshots ratings, review counts, and addresses for every watched location, runs AI sentiment on the new reviews, and surfaces only what changed. A negative-review spike or a rating shift fires an alert the same day, and a weekly brief rolls the patterns into a benchmark with recommendations. The team gets early warning instead of a pile of raw data.

Stage 1 of 5

Watch every location, every day

A daily snapshot captures ratings, review counts, and addresses for every own location and competitor on maps and reviews. No one opens a single listing.

Early

warning on every spike

The brand team stopped finding out about problems from the numbers. A slipping rating or a burst of angry reviews surfaces the same day, with the theme behind it, while there is still time to respond. The weekly brief turns all of it into a read on where the brand actually stands.
